When will my order be processed?

We want to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Please be sure to select the correct model and color when placing your order, as we cannot change your order. Once an order is entered into our system, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can track your order status. Shipping costs depend on package weight and delivery address. All customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time and cost:

Standard shipping is $6.99; free shipping on orders over $39. VIP

The shipping cost is $12.99.

Europe: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days;

Asia: Estimated delivery time is 7-13 days;

Africa: Estimated delivery time is 8-18 days;

Americas: Estimated delivery time is 6-13 days;

Oceania: Estimated delivery time is 8-18 days.

Carrier: China Post.

The above are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier reasons.

track:

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track the order and submit an application to customs or the courier company. Otherwise, if the order is marked as returned to the sender or fails to be delivered due to the recipient's failure to follow up, apply for, or notify the courier company, we will be unable to process any refunds or free replacements, and you may need to place a new order.

deliver goods:

Local customs may require additional documentation and time for clearance, which could delay the expected delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or courier company. Depending on your area, most orders are handled by the local post office, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the post office may leave a pickup notice card explaining how and where to collect your package.

Once the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply. These fees are determined by the destination customs authorities.

These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; ecoillumine.service@gmail.com does not cover them. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

Customs and regulations:

It is your responsibility to check local postal regulations for any restricted items, as we are not responsible for any items not accepted by a particular country.

Overseas transaction fees

If your credit card account uses a currency other than US dollars, the exchange rate you actually pay may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be required to pay foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate used to charge any fees to you by your bank or credit card issuer. Please contact your bank for more details regarding foreign currency transaction fees.

Prices are displayed in local currency, but will be automatically converted to USD at checkout. All transactions are settled in USD and can be paid by credit card or linked bank account.

Cancel/Change:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our processing and shipping speed is extremely fast (very efficient!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
