Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?
 
We want to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Please be sure to select the correct model and color when placing your order, as we cannot change your order. Once an order is entered into our system, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The shipping cost is $12.99.

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track the order and submit an application to customs or the courier company. Otherwise, if the order is marked as returned to the sender or fails to be delivered due to the recipient's failure to follow up, apply for, or notify the courier company, we will be unable to process any refunds or free replacements, and you may need to place a new order.

If your credit card account uses a currency other than US dollars, the exchange rate you actually pay may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be required to pay foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate used to charge any fees to you by your bank or credit card issuer. Please contact your bank for more details regarding foreign currency transaction fees.
 
Prices are displayed in local currency, but will be automatically converted to USD at checkout. All transactions are settled in USD and can be paid by credit card or linked bank account.
 
Cancel/Change:
 
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our processing and shipping speed is extremely fast (very efficient!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
 
Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
